Size and Ownership
We can invest up to $10 million. We have no minimum. Initial investments are typically $1 to 3 million. We prefer to own a meaningful minority stake, usually over 20%.
Geography
Our companies have worldwide reach with thousands of employees throughout the world. Most companies are headquartered in the U.S., primarily in Northern California.
