Professor Jack G. McDonald
Jack McDonald is The Stanford Investors Professor in the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
He is a recognized expert in private and public equity investing and has served as the Vice Chairman of the
Board of Governors for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), which has operated the NASDAQ
Stock Market. He currently serves on the boards of mutual funds managed by Capital Research and Management
Company and of a number of other companies. He has been an advisor on venture capital and limited partner of
InterWest Partners and Partech International. Jack has taught investment and corporate finance at the Columbia
and Harvard Business Schools, and Stanford Graduate School of Business since 1968. |
