Seungjin Whang is Jagdeep and Roshni Singh Professor of Operations, Information, and Technology, Stanford Business School. His research interests include supply chain management and information technology. He was elected as one of the world’s top 50 most respected management professors by The International Institute of Management. At Stanford, he served as co-director of Stanford Global Supply Chain Management Forum and the Stanford-NUS Executive Program. As outside activities, he served on the board of directors at Axis (acquired by Cadence), CJ GLS of Korea, Exio (acquired by Cisco), GCT Semiconductor, Mtone and Evant (acquired by Manhattan Associates). He also served on various advisory boards including DemandTec, i2 Technology, TIM, TMI and Altos Ventures.
